NCSPlus Incorporated (NCS) was founded in 2005. We are members of the American Collectors Association and an Accredited Member of the BBB.

We are collecting slow and delinquent accounts for over 35,000 clients in over 200 categories of business including doctors, dentists, chiropractors, video stores, manufacturers, importers, and publishers. Our clients include City and state governments, hospitals, and universities.

We are a full service collection agency. We write letters, report delinquents to credit bureaus, make telephone calls, and initiate legal action - all on your behalf to collect your money.

Christopher Rehkow

President/ CEO

Mr. Rehkow has nearly 40 years of experience in the debt collection industry, including starting the nation’s leading fixed fee collections company, NCSPlus. He maintains active membership in the American Collectors Association, including all the continuing education certification requirements pertaining thereto. Regarded as an expert in all aspects of debt collection, Mr. Rehkow is actively involved in the daily supervision of all aspects of NCSPlus.

Lynn Goldberg

Executive Vice President

Mr. Goldberg has over 45 years of experience in accounts receivable management. His outstanding skills led him to the position of President of the New York State Collector’s Association (2006- 2008). His clients included over 200 different types of businesses where he collected both business and commercial debt. His accounts have included corporate giants like General Motors, and smaller medical and legal professionals in private practice, plus medical laboratories and health care businesses. Past President and current Vice President of the NYAC Judo Club.

Education: Marine Transportation Economics, State University of New York, Maritime College

Gary Winston

Project Manager

Mr. Winston has over 25 years of experience in the debt collection industry. He has been with NCSPlus since its founding in 1984. Mr. Winston is responsible for providing premium collection services exclusively to associations and nonprofits such as the Florida Association of Counties and the New York City Water Department.

We are working to recover slow and delinquent accounts for over 35,000 companies, institutions, and medical practices throughout the country. The NCSplus Cash Recovery System increases recovery rate, lowers collection costs, and improves cash flow.

Unlike most collection agencies, NCSPlus charges only a low one-time flat fee of less than $25 per account (based on a 100 account system). No Percentage is Charged. All collected monies are remitted directly to you -- not to the collection agency, or if you prefer, we'll handle all of the debtor contact for the same Low Flat Fee per Account. At your option unpaid accounts are reported to all three national credit reporting bureaus, and if the need arises, we maintain an extensive network of collection attorneys nationwide to bring your cases to final resolution.
